Master theses
At the Chair of Food Safety of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of LMU Munich, Campus Oberschleißheim, there are ongoing openings for Master's theses for nutritional scientists and food chemists.
These projects are primarily related to ongoing research projects in the bioanalytical field (HPLC, LC-MS/MS and MALDI-TOF-MS) and deal with the detection of contaminants in the food chain (e.g. mycotoxins, phytotoxins) or the quality determination of food.
